Tardeo Brand
Tardeo is a sustainable Spanish fashion label specializing in urban-style t-shirts and sweatshirts, proudly produced in Spain and distributed nationwide. From its inception, the brand has embraced a modern, conscious identity that blends streetwear aesthetics with eco-friendly values. I led the project from concept to execution, laying the strategic and creative foundations needed to bring Tardeo to life in the digital space.

(03) Objective
To build a sustainable fashion brand from the ground up with a strong digital presence and clear market positioning, focused on e-commerce performance and brand storytelling.
(04) Solution
My role spanned across every phase of brand development. I began by crafting a comprehensive business plan that defined the brand’s value proposition, audience, and financial structure to support long-term scalability.
On the creative side, I led the full rebranding process, designed the e-commerce website, and developed an SEO strategy to increase online visibility. I also created and implemented a digital marketing and communication strategy, with a strong focus on social media.
This included curating content, managing the brand’s online community, and running targeted ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Every element—from visual design to messaging—was developed to reflect Tardeo’s sustainable ethos and urban spirit.

My work established the foundational pillars for its online presence and customer engagement, helping position the brand in a competitive space while staying true to its values of sustainability, quality, and local production.
